Ways to engage

A place to start.

Every situation is different. Here are common places we get involved.

And if the work doesn't stop at the recommendation, neither do we.

You don't need to know which one you need before we talk. Start with the problem.

01

Architecture Review

A focused review of a system, platform, or technical direction.

Good fit when

A platform direction, migration, or vendor decision is close and you want another read before it is locked in.

We look at

The architecture, and whether it can carry what you are about to put on it.

You leave with

A written assessment and a recommendation, including the case against it.

02

Technology Assessment

A broader look at what's working, what isn't, and what's causing the problem.

Good fit when

You inherited an environment, or you know something is off and need to find out where.

We look at

The platform, the tooling, and how work moves through the team.

You leave with

A written picture of where things stand and what to fix first.

03

Second Opinion

You already have a recommendation. You want someone who wasn't involved in making it to pressure test it before it becomes the plan.

Good fit when

The recommendation is already written and the decision matters enough to challenge it once more.

We look at

The proposal, the assumptions underneath it, and what it would cost to be wrong.

You leave with

A written read on whether it holds, and what would have to be true for it to work.

04

Technical Diligence

A technical assessment for an acquisition, investment, or partnership where the technology is part of what you're buying.

Good fit when

A deal is moving and the technology needs its own read before the decision gets made.

We look at

Architecture, platform, engineering practices, operational risk, and the claims that matter to the deal.

You leave with

A clear technical read on what you're buying, where the risk is, and what deserves another question.

05

AI Production Readiness

The prototype works. Now ask the production questions.

Good fit when

The prototype works. You need to know what it will take to run in production.

We look at

Data, model access, evaluation, guardrails, cost, operations, and failure modes.

You leave with

A readiness assessment and prioritized actions to move to production safely and reliably.

After the recommendation

The recommendation isn't always the end.

Some work ends with an answer. Sometimes getting to the answer is when the real work starts. We can stay involved through the decisions, sequencing, and delivery that follow.

Not everything needs an engagement.

Sometimes you have one question and need another experienced person to think it through with you.
