GOOD AI. BAD MAP.
Useful until someone moves the thing
AI tools have another dependency now.
Their instructions.
AGENTS.md. CLAUDE.md. Cursor rules. Copilot instructions. Skills. They tell your AI tools how to test, what not to touch, which commands to run, and where things live.
Then engineering keeps moving. A script gets renamed. A folder disappears. A command changes. Someone copies a rule into another codebase.
The code knows. The instruction doesn't.
Ctrl Alt Delegate keeps track of the relationship between the two.
Point it at a codebase.
See what it finds.
One codebase, one pull request at a time. It reads the rules and skills already there and comments when the code stops matching what your AI tools have been told. It works across AI tools and models.
Try it on GitHubOne workflow file. It runs on every pull request.

One comment per pull request, updated on each run.
What it flags
Dead command
A rule names a command nothing defines, or an npm script that is not in package.json.
Dead path
A rule points at a file or glob that matches nothing at the head commit.
No Check line
A rule with nothing you could run or see to prove it is still true.
Contradiction
Two files set a different command, or a different tool version, for the same job.
What it reads
- AGENTS.md (root and nested)
- CLAUDE.md (follows one level of @import)
- .github/copilot-instructions.md
- .cursor/rules/**/*.mdc and .cursorrules
- GEMINI.md
- **/SKILL.md
The GitHub Action never writes to your codebase, opens pull requests, rewrites your rules, sends your data anywhere, looks at other codebases, or keeps state between runs.
It does not rewrite either side of a mismatch. A changed path can mean the rule is stale, or that the code moved in a way it should not have. It shows you what happened without deciding which side was supposed to change.
Every codebase, all the time.
See what exists.
Every rule and skill across your codebases, with versions and history.
Know who owns it.
A person or a team on every file, suggested from who last changed it. When someone leaves, their files go to review.
Know what needs attention.
What changed since review, copies that fell behind, skills that won't load, and how much every session carries.
Readiness per codebase, a daily digest for owners and admins, and one Review Inbox for every decision. Sign in with your work account or SSO.
A change here affects
more than just here.
One place to see what every AI tool is working from, across every codebase your teams work in.
Change a command and see which instructions depend on it. Ctrl Alt Delegate connects both sides.
